How to create and launch a campaign?

Firstly, you have to register an account with Yeefu and login to your account. After you have done so, you can then create and launch your campaign by clicking “Launch a Campaign” on the top menu bar.

Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? And what happens if MOQ is not met?

Yes. There is a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 50 pieces that is required. Only when the MOQ is met, the orders from the campaign will be sent for printing and delivered to all your customers. If your campaign did not reach the MOQ of 50 pieces, all orders will be refunded.

What is the artwork resolution and file formats that is required?

Your artwork needs to be at a resolution of 1000 pixels in jpeg, png, jpg for it to be uploaded on our platform.

When will I receive money from my campaign?

If your campaign ends between the 1st - 3rd week of the month, your payout will be issued on the end of the same month. However, if your payout is requested between the 4th - 5th week of the month, your payout will be issued at the end of the following month.

How long does a Campaign Period last?
Your campaign will run for 14 days.

What is Yeefu?
Yeefu is a platform that enables people to buy merchandise from pre-order campaigns run by campaigners across the globe.
What is a Campaign and when will I get my order?
A Campaign is a merchandise store that you can purchase from for a limited amount of time. When the campaign ends and has met the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 50 pieces, orders will then be fulfilled. Should the campaign not meet the MOQ, all the orders will be refunded, and you will get your money back.
What is Campaign Period and how long does last?
The “campaign period” is the duration that a product is available for pre-order/purchase and it lasts for 14 days.
What is Print on Demand?
All merchandise on Yeefu is sold on a Print on Demand basis. That means that we only manufacture/print your shirts after the Campaign has ended.

Where do you deliver to and how long?

We partner with professional logistic companies to fulfill all orders internationally. However, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. If order returned to us due to PO Box, you are subjected to a delivery fee to get your order re-delivered to you.

We may take up to 30 business days for your order to reach you, after the Campaign Period ends.

What do I do if I want to change my shirt size?
Just drop us an email at support@saltycustoms.com and we will have it changed. Do note that any changes to your order can only be done during the Campaign Period. Changes to your order after the Campaign Period might not be processed.
How do I change my shipping address?

What do I do if I want to cancel the order?

What is the estimated time of arrival for my t-shirt?
We start manufacturing/printing our products after the Campaign Period ends. Overall, it takes approximately 35 working days for delivery. This includes 10-12 business days to manufacture/print and 20-23 days to dispatch all orders. A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as it’s shipped. Currently, all shipments on Economy International Postal Service and delivery and shipping times may vary according to country and destination, and is subjected to customs clearance.
The shirt I received is damaged/defective. What do I do?
Contact us about within 14 days of receiving your order. Any requests after that will not be entertained. Please send us photos of your defected product for verification and we will review your case. Upon verification and approval, we will issue you a refund of your order in 3 working days.
The shirt I received is the wrong size/design. What do I do?
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Any requests after that period will not be approved. Please send us photos of your product for verification, and we will review your case. Upon verification and approval, a replacement will be sent to you.
Why is my item marked as “failed delivery”?

If a delivery is unsuccessful, a Delivery Note will be left at your address. You may refer to the Delivery Note and collect your order at your local Post Office or Facility (subject to the terms of your local Post Office).

All orders must be collected within 7 days from the date stated on the Delivery Note. All uncollected orders will be returned to SaltyCustoms offices in Singapore or Malaysia.

You can choose to collect your order from our office, or request for a re-delivery. All re-deliveries are subjected to a Shipping Fee, and might take up to 30 business days for delivery.

It’s been 35 days and I still have not gotten the product. What do I do in this instance?
If your order is undelivered after 35 days from dispatch, please contact your local Post Office or our Logistic Partner to enquire about your delivery. If the issue persists, please contact us and we will look into the matter.
